Hes very quick and although his official winning time atthe Hoppergarten in Berlin last month was under 55 seconds-and he was easeddown-his jockey Andrea Suborics told me when he timed the race whilst watchingthe replay at home it came closer to 56 seconds.

Either way its incredibly fast!

But having said that hell need to be quick to beat horseslike Markab who won last years Betfred Sprint at Haydock in September andhorses like Borderlescott and last years winner of the race Kingsgate Native!

Andrew Tinkler knows all about horsepower as the boss ofEddie Stobart, the haulage contractors, and he will be in Ireland on Saturdayto watch his Dubawi Gold go for gold in the Irish 2000guineas at the Curragh.

Tinkler-no relation to the trainer and jockey Tinklers- isthe boss of nearly 2000 lorries and he has got into racehorse ownership in amajor way!

His Dubawi Gold ran second to Frankel in the 2,000 guineasat Newmarket and could take some catching in Ireland this weekend.

However Aiden Obrien likes nothing better than winning Irishclassics and his Master of Hounds who ran so well in the Kentucky Derby looks avery interesting rival!

Talking of Derbies! Ocean War looks a lively outsider forthe Derby at Epsom next month.

OK the Queens horse Carlton House dominates the betting andrightly so after his impressive Dante win but he could be backed off the boardson Derby Day and the 20-1 plus about Ocean War looks great each way value!

Hes done nothing wrong in 2 starts this season and thisGodolphin colt could be overpriced!

I popped in to see Jane Chapple Hyamm in her stable onNewmarkets Bury Road after being on the gallops last weekend and found somelikely winners in the next few weeks.

Jane was especially keen on Flying Trader, Coach Montana andCockney Rocker and having seen all three I can testify they look good!

It was also good to see Mike de Kocks horses in the stablenext door particularly Bold Silvano who was injured whilst racing in Dubai andneeds box rest.

However this is one of the best racehorses in the world andwhen Mike brings him back to fitness he could be a Breeders Cup horse!
